CITI to Expand Its Presence at arteBA

At this year’s arteBA, CITI will be joining the ranks of the Silver Sponsors and will, for the second year in a row, again be host to the Private Viewing of  the arteBA ’10 contemporary Art Fair, which will take place on Wednesday, June 23, the day before the Fair’s official inauguration. Invited to the Private Viewing will be collectors, prominent cultural figures, and the bank’s important Premium/Gold clients. In addition, CITI, for the first time, will serve as arteBA 10’s official credit card.

As an inducement to its preview guests’ collecting, CITI will offer an exclusive tour through the fair, the largest and most ambitious international showcase for Latin American art, in order to offer them the chance to expand their collections by acquiring works before the official opening of the Fair.

At arteBA’10, CITI will also inaugurate its participation in the Acquisitions Programs, through a donation of US$ 20,000 to Buenos Aires’s Museo Nacional de Bellas Artes for its selection of a work for its collection.

The work chosen within the “arteBA – CITI Acquisition Program for the Museo Nacional de Bellas Artes” will be on view during the Fair in the area reserved for CITI.
